PROMOTER DETAILS
The redemption program is managed by Industree Group Pty Ltd, located at 3 Blade Close, Berkeley Vale, NSW 2261. Participation is limited to individuals who meet specific criteria, including Australian citizenship or residency, compliance with these Terms & Conditions, and direct registration without tampering with the process. Eligible products must be purchased from authorized Industree Group distributors within Australia.
REDEMPTION AND PROMOTION PERIOD
The eligibility for redemption is determined based on the purchase and registration period specified on the application form.
REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS
Eligible individuals can register for redemption online through a designated portal. Limitations include one redemption per Industree product parcel and per transaction, with purchases not combinable with other offers.
ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
This offer applies to specific products bought from authorized distributors within the promotion period. A valid redemption requires personal details and proof of purchase. Exclusions apply to non-listed products, purchases from non-authorized distributors, eBay, Amazon, or third-party sellers without a formal agreement with Industree Group.
REDEMPTION PROCESS
To qualify, participants must purchase an eligible product within the promotion period, register online, complete the application form, provide a receipt, and submit the form. Confirmation will be sent via email, followed by validation and notification of redemption status. No additional fees are required aside from Internet access costs.
DELIVERY
Delivery of redemption items may take 1-2 weeks.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The promoter is not liable for late, lost, or misdirected submissions. Proof of purchase is mandatory. The promoter reserves the right to request further information, validate entries, and disqualify non-compliant participants.
